RARE Large Antique Brass Vintage Old School Door Bell
It is not too often that I find something that excites
me so much in the antique world.
But this Antique school bell does.
I have listed a lot of brass bells before,
but this is in a different league.
It is so precious and ornate.
This
doorbell is completely made out of brass
Hanging on the wall 12" or 31 cm tall
including the chain.
Protrude is 5”
Showing
Gothic designs and Latin writing on the bell.
The
artwork on this bell is incredible
This Bell dates from the mid to late 1800s.
It has a nice soft feel to it.
Great patina.
I found this Bell in Holland.
There are no signs as to who made this.
